The Gary Fong Flip-Cage Pro attaches to the tripod socket of your digital camera and has flip out sides that are designed to enclose and protect your camera in the event of an accidental drop or fall. The Flip-Cage not only protects your camera from damage, it can also be used as a tabletop tripod in both horizontal and vertical positions. This versatility makes it easy to take group photos with your digital camera's self timer.

The Flip-Cage Pro also functions as a macro stand, allowing you to shoot close-ups of small items including jewelry, coins, etc. The adjustable rail on the back of the Flip-Cage allows you to easily move the camera up or down. In addition, the translucent flaps on the sides of the cage make great light diffusers for taking macro photos with soft, even lighting.

The translucent flaps on the sides of the Flip-Cage also serve as built-in LCD and lens shades, which help eliminate annoying glare on your LCD screen and reduce lens flare on sunny days.

This Flip-Cage Pro is large enough to accommodate large point-and-shoot cameras, such as the Canon G-series, but it can be used with any smaller camera with a tripod socket.
