The Vanguard VS-82 Table Pod Tripod is designed for the professional or demanding amateur who requires a versatile tripod that's lightweight and portable enough to take in the field, yet strong and stable enough to handle the latest generation of digital SLR's.

Designed with macro and close-up imaging in mind, the VS-82 has an unusually wide spread to maximize stability and allow low angle shooting down to 7 inches from the supporting surface, while the fully adjustable center column and 2-section legs combine to provide an additional 3.25" of height adjustment. The VS-82 also features metal aluminum alloy leg sections, a 2-way panhead and oversized skid resistant rubber feet.
